In the digital business environment, lead generation has become a crucial component for organizational growth and sustainability. This study examines the comparative effectiveness of major B2B lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Signal Hire, and India MART. The research aims to analyse platform performance based on lead quality, accessibility to decision-makers, conversion effectiveness, and industry suitability. The study adopts both primary and secondary data collection methods. Primary data was collected from 60 respondents across product and service sectors using structured questionnaires, while secondary data was gathered from official websites and existing research literature. Analytical tools such as percentage analysis, correlation, and comparative evaluation were applied. The findings indicate that platform effectiveness varies significantly depending on business type. While LinkedIn Sales Navigator dominates in service-based industries due to its networking capabilities, India MART performs strongly in product-based industries through direct inquiry generation. The study concludes that integrating multiple platforms and focusing on quality-driven lead strategies is essential for improving business performance.
