This research paper explores the ongoing debate between online learning and traditional classroom-based education. With the rise of technology, online learning has become increasingly prevalent, particularly in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, traditional learning still holds significant value in certain educational contexts. This study aims to compare the advantages and challenges of both learning models and propose a hybrid model that integrates the strengths of each. Data collected from a survey of 300 students provides quantitative and qualitative insights into the effectiveness, flexibility, engagement, and satisfaction of both learning approaches. The findings suggest that a hybrid model combining the flexibility of online learning and the social interaction of traditional learning could provide an optimal learning experience for students.
