The research investigates the impact of app, product, brand, and e- customer service experiences on e-wallet experience, satisfaction, and word of mouth in India. Using a sample of 500 active e-wallet users, data was collected via online questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed for analysis, revealing positive and significant effects of app, product, and e-customer service experiences on e-wallet experience, satisfaction, and word of mouth. Managerial implications include enhancing security, product selection, app design, and ecustomer service quality. The study suggests extending this framework to other digital sectors like e-commerce, online transport, and travel agents for future research.
