Abstract - Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) represents a paradigm shift in analytical separation science, offering enhanced speed, sensitivity, and resolution while retaining the foundational principles of traditional liquid chromatography. This comprehensive review explores the principles, instrumentation, advantages, and applications of UPLC in analytical method development, validation, and stability studies, with a focus on pharmaceutical analysis. UPLC leverages finer particles and intensified flow rates to achieve unprecedented performance gains, facilitating rapid and precise separations without compromising analytical rigor.
