This literature review explores the development of entrepreneurial management skills among adolescent youth, focusing on theoretical frameworks, empirical findings, and practical interventions. Drawing on studies from diverse global and Indian contexts, the review synthesizes research on key competencies, educational strategies, and ecosystem support influencing adolescent entrepreneurship. Core findings reveal that early exposure to structured entrepreneurial education, supported by experiential learning, significantly shapes career intentions and entrepreneurial behavior. Personality traits, gender, and socio-economic factors moderate these outcomes, while institutional and policy frameworks enhance their effectiveness. Notable research gaps include a lack of longitudinal studies, standardized assessments, and inclusive models for underrepresented groups. The review emphasizes the need for integrated, experiential, and context-aware pedagogies, and proposes stronger stakeholder collaboration for sustainable entrepreneurial development. It concludes that cultivating entrepreneurial skills in adolescence is a crucial strategy for economic empowerment and future-ready citizenship.
