The old business saying that "the customer is king" still drives modern marketing, but today, businesses must constantly adapt to how different generations think, buy, and live. This approach, known as generational marketing, recognizes that people born in different eras have unique needs. This paper focuses on the newest group: Generation Alpha. Born between 2010 and 2025, mostly to Millennial parents, this generation is growing fast. By the end of 2025, they will be the largest generation in history, with India, China, and Indonesia leading the population numbers. Growing up in a hyper-digital world, Generation Alpha faces a unique set of challenges and opportunities. While technology connects them like never before, it also raises serious concerns about their physical, mental, and emotional health. Because this generation will eventually become our future leaders, workers, and consumers, understanding their well-being amid rising digital dependency and environmental issues is crucial for shaping the future of our society and economy.

This pilot study evaluated the reliability and structural validity of research tools using data from Parents (n = 60) and Industry Professionals (n = 15). While small samples naturally introduce some data instability, the results provide a strong foundation and a clear roadmap for tool refinement.
