Abstract

Infrastructural development is essential for a country’s economic growth and sustenance, for which efficient project management is required. Therein lies the basis for motivation for this bibliometric systematic literature review paper, where we analyse the research conducted in this field. India has struggled with project efficiency, wasting essential resources and time, in the public sector in particular. This paper aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of research papers on optimizing project management. Through this study, we hope to learn about the various quantitative techniques used by project managers across the globe and suggest the implementation of these techniques in Indian project management.
