Abstract:

This research paper investigates the job satisfaction levels among women employees in the telecom sector, focusing particularly on the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR).

Job satisfaction is a critical factor influencing employee performance, retention, and overall organizational success. Given the growing importance of gender diversity and inclusion in the workforce, understanding the job satisfaction levels of women

employees is essential for fostering a conducive work environment. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, to comprehensively explore various factors affecting job satisfaction among women in the telecom sector. The findings aim to provide valuable insights for organizations to enhance gender diversity and foster a more inclusive workplace culture.
