Sorting algorithms are fundamental in computer science for organizing data efficiently. This research focuses on comparison-based sorting algorithms including Bubble Sort, Selection Sort, Insertion Sort, Merge Sort, and Quick Sort. The study evaluates performance using Python and C++ implementations. Metrics such as execution time, memory usage, and stability are analyzed. Results indicate that Quick Sort performs best for large datasets, while Insertion Sort is efficient for nearly sorted data.
