Employee engagement plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational performance, productivity, and sustainability. This study focuses on identifying the determinants of employee engagement and examining its impact on employee performance at Tech Mahindra Limited. The research investigates key factors such as compensation and benefits, job security, work environment, role clarity, communication, empowerment, performance management, learning and development, and peer relationships. A descriptive research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 161 employees through a structured questionnaire using convenience sampling. The study period was from January to March 2026. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, chi-square analysis, and correlation analysis were used. The findings reveal that most employees have a positive perception of engagement factors. Role clarity, learning opportunities, fair compensation, and supportive supervision significantly influence engagement. The study concludes that employee engagement has a strong positive impact on performance and recommends enhancing communication, compensation transparency, and employee development initiatives.
