Abstract

Dynamic replication techniques are essential for enhancing the performance, availability, efficient resource management strategies, and fault tolerance of cloud computing environments. By incorporating artificial intelligence (AI), these techniques can intelligently predict workloads, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall cloud service efficiency. This paper reviews recent advances in dynamic replication strategies that leverage AI to enhance data availability, fault tolerance, and system performance. This study explores the recent advancements in dynamic replication with AI integration, identifying various methodologies, advantages, and limitations. Additionally, the research addresses the challenges faced in implementing these techniques, provides suggestions for overcoming them, and highlights the societal benefits, particularly in sectors such as healthcare, finance, and education.
