This study examines the financial performance of ITC Private Limited over five years (2020-2024). It is based on the most important metrics of financial performance: profitability, liquidity, solvency and efficiency. Using secondary data collected from the company’s annual reports and annual financial statements, the study uses ratio analysis to help demonstrate the financial performance and operational efficiency of ITC Private Limited. The results show strong liquidity in fixed assets, reduced debt and stable investment. It is also worth noting that competitive analysis in the same industry demonstrates consistent financial performance. In addition to fluctuations in the market share and sales share of the industry, ITC should try to improve the overall performance of the above sectors due to the relationship between sales and profitability. This study provides a valuable perspective on the financial situation of ITC. This includes options to improve profitability and investments seeking diversification in new markets.
