Abstract

Employer-employee relationship management is a critical dimension of Human Resource Management that directly influences organizational productivity, employee morale, and workplace harmony. This study examines the impact of employer-employee relationships on productivity at C.R.I. Pumps Private Limited, Coimbatore, one of India's leading fluid management solution providers. A descriptive research design was adopted and structured questionnaire data was collected from 120 employees through convenience sampling. Statistical tools including percentage analysis, chi-square test, Pearson correlation, and ANOVA were employed for data analysis. The results reveal that the majority of employees are satisfied with employee relationships (34.2%), present job (40.8%), and work environment (35.8%). A strong positive Pearson correlation (r = 0.959) was found between employee experience and perceived work environment level. ANOVA results confirmed a highly significant relationship between monthly income and pay package satisfaction (F = 186.165, p < 0.001). The study concludes that effective employer-employee relationship management enhances employee performance, organizational productivity, and overall workplace satisfaction.
