Order management is an important function in any organization, as it helps in processing, tracking, and delivering customer orders efficiently. An effective order management system improves operational performance and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of the order management process in the organization and to identify factors affecting order processing activities. The study is based on primary data collected from employees using a structured questionnaire. A sample of 225 respondents was selected for the study. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, correlation analysis, and the chi-square test were used to analyze the data. The findings of the study show that proper coordination between departments, use of technology, and employee training play an important role in improving order management efficiency. The study suggests that organizations should improve system integration and communication among departments to enhance order processing performance.
