Planning, controlling, and budgeting are essential managerial functions that enable organizations to achieve strategic objectives, improve operational efficiency, and maintain financial discipline. This study examines the planning, controlling, and budgeting practices followed at Accenture and evaluates employees' perceptions regarding their effectiveness. A descriptive and analytical research design was adopted using both primary and secondary data collected from 100 employees through a structured questionnaire. The original project employed Percentage Analysis, Frequency Distribution, and Tabular Analysis for data interpretation. The findings reveal that effective planning, budgetary control, performance monitoring, and technology-enabled financial management significantly enhance organizational performance, resource utilization, decision-making, and long-term business sustainability.
