Abstract

Investment management is a critical function that supports organizational growth, financial stability, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. This study analyses Uber's investment management practices by examining investment planning, capital allocation, liquidity management, risk management, technology investments, and strategic financial decisions. A descriptive research design was adopted using both primary and secondary data collected from 100 respondents through a structured questionnaire. For analytical purposes, Regression Analysis was applied to examine the impact of investment management practices on organizational performance. The findings indicate that effective investment planning, efficient resource allocation, technology-driven investments, and sound liquidity management positively influence organizational performance, competitive advantage, and long-term business growth. The study concludes that strategic investment management remains a key contributor to Uber's financial success and sustainable expansion in the global mobility and technology industry.
