Employee motivation is a crucial factor in improving organizational productivity and achieving sustainable business success. This study examines the effect of employee motivation on organizational productivity by identifying the key motivational factors that influence employee performance. A descriptive research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 100 employees through a structured questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from books, journals, company reports, and authentic online sources. The collected data were analysed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and the Chi-square test. The findings revealed a significant positive relationship between employee motivation and organizational productivity. The study concludes that effective motivational practices, including recognition, career development, supportive leadership, and fair compensation, enhance employee performance, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness.
