Abstract

Human Resource (HR) Analytics has become an essential strategic tool that enables organizations to make evidence-based workforce decisions through the effective use of employee data and analytical techniques. This study analyses the role of HR Analytics in supporting strategic decision-making at TCS iON by examining workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, training effectiveness, and organizational productivity. A descriptive research design was adopted using both primary and secondary data collected from 100 employees through a structured questionnaire. For analytical purposes, Multiple Correlation Analysis was applied to evaluate the relationship between HR analytics practices and strategic decision-making. The findings indicate that HR Analytics significantly improves recruitment quality, workforce planning, employee performance, retention strategies, and organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights. The study concludes that effective implementation of HR Analytics strengthens managerial decision-making, enhances workforce productivity, and contributes to sustainable organizational growth at TCS iON.
