Abstract

Group dynamics plays a role in determining team effectiveness and organizational performance. This study examines group dynamics and team effectiveness at Aurobindo Pharma Limited, focusing on communication, trust, leadership support, cooperation, conflict resolution, and employee involvement. The study aims to understand how interactions among employees influence teamwork, productivity, employee satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness. Primary data were collected from 100 employees through a questionnaire, while secondary information was obtained from books, journals, research articles, company publications, and industry sources. A five-point Likert scale measured employee perceptions. Frequency and percentage analysis were applied to interpret responses. The findings indicate that communication, trust, leadership support, collaboration, conflict management, and participation positively influence team performance. The study recommends strengthening teamwork, communication, leadership practices, employee participation, and conflict resolution mechanisms.
