With the growing use of the internet and social media platforms, small businesses are increasingly adopting digital marketing strategies to remain competitive in the market. This research paper examines the effectiveness of various digital marketing strategies used by small businesses, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, influencer marketing, and online advertising. The study analyzes how these strategies influence customer engagement, brand awareness, customer retention, and sales growth. Primary and secondary data sources were used to evaluate the performance of digital marketing activities among small businesses. The findings indicate that digital marketing offers cost-effective promotional opportunities and helps businesses reach targeted audiences efficiently.
