Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an important technology in modern recruitment and talent acquisition practices. Organizations increasingly use AI-based tools such as resume screening systems, chatbots, predictive analytics, and automated interview scheduling to improve hiring efficiency and recruitment effectiveness. AI helps organizations streamline recruitment activities, reduce time-to-hire, and support better hiring decisions. Recruitment and talent acquisition are essential functions of Human Resource Management that focus on attracting, selecting, and retaining qualified employees. Traditional recruitment methods are often time- consuming and involve repetitive manual tasks. To overcome these challenges, organizations adopt AI technologies that help recruiters manage large volumes of applications, improve candidate matching accuracy, and reduce manual workload, thereby improving recruiter productivity and operational efficiency. The adoption of AI in recruitment also influences employee perception and satisfaction toward recruitment processes. AI-enabled systems help recruiters perform tasks more efficiently, reduce workload pressure, and enhance overall recruitment workflow. However, organizations must ensure proper implementation and monitoring of AI systems to maintain fairness, transparency, and human involvement in hiring decisions.
