The research highlights key warehouse activities such as inbound handling, sorting accuracy, inventory coordination, and outbound dispatch. It identifies that inefficiencies such as delays in unloading, sorting errors, manpower shortages, and poor coordination significantly impact delivery timelines and service quality. The study is based on practical observations and conceptual analysis of warehouse operations. The findings suggest that improved warehouse efficiency leads to faster processing, higher accuracy, and better customer satisfaction. The study emphasizes the importance of technology adoption, process optimization, and workforce management in achieving operational excellence. It concludes that warehouse efficiency plays a strategic role in determining delivery performance and competitive advantage in the logistics industry.
