Abstract

Adaptive AI Tutor is an artificial intelligent tool created specifically to deliver personalized education to the learner. Using sophisticated tools of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning, it is able to adapt learning paths according to personal progress, behavior, and feedback. In other words, the tool utilizes both rule-based personalization methods and machine-learning models to suggest suitable study material, monitor the topic’s proficiency level, and detect any possible gaps in knowledge. Thanks to the ability to change lesson plan based on real-time data, students receive tailored assistance. Another feature of the system is its capacity to apply regression-based analysis and forecast future learning trajectory. Thanks to its predictive nature, the system helps to prepare for any upcoming difficulties in advance. As for the user-friendly part, the platform is accompanied by an interactive dashboard based on Flask and Plotly technologies. The dashboard con-tains several useful visualizations, including charts illustrating progress, heat maps of quizzes taken, and time series analysis. Adaptive AI Tutor is intended to solve the limitations of both traditional learning mechanisms and current digital learning systems, which have low levels of flexibility, openness, and dynamic response. In order to make the learning process even more effective, the system has been equipped with an Explain-Back Evaluation tool, which employs NLP methodologies to evaluate students’ understanding based on their self-explanations. This leads to gaining greater insights about comprehension and delivering better adaptive responses. With the help of intelligent prediction, interactivity, and explainable AI, the system creates a more engaging and efficient learning atmosphere.

Full Article/Conclusion

Adaptive AI Tutor is an outstanding example of how Arti-ficial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and machine learning technologies can be combined to produce an efficient personalized and intelligent learning environment. Due to its dynamic nature and ability to cater to each student’s specific learning needs, it solves some of the most pressing problems associated with classical approaches to learning which lack customization. As a result of implementation of such tools as recommendation engines, analytical capabilities, and inter-active dashboards, the system offers insights into a learner’s progress and overall level of engagement. As can be seen from the experimental findings, the proposed system not only allows predicting the future performance of a student but also offers valuable advice on how he or she should proceed with studying. Moreover, the Explain-Back Evaluation component makes it possible to assess students’ conceptual understanding of a topic. The combination of such tools as predictive analysis and NLP feedback provides for the development of an efficient learning process. Furthermore, the system proves to have a high performance rate with low latency, making it suitable for real-life use. In summary, the Adaptive AI Tutor can be considered an important step forward in creating intelligent and data-powered educational platforms. The system focuses on three major aspects – personalization, explainability, and user engagement. Thanks to that, the system is likely to improve both results and increase learners’ confidence and motivation. Future develop-ments may include the implementation of more powerful deep learning algorithms, multilingual support, and integration with larger educational platforms.
