The Weather Forecast Visualizer is a smart web application that shows real-time weather information along with future weather predictions using machine learning. The system collects live weather data such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, air pressure, and weather conditions from public APIs like OpenWeather and WeatherAPI. The collected data is displayed using interactive graphs and charts, making it easy for users to understand weather trends. The system also uses machine learning techniques such as Linear Regression, Decision Trees, and LSTM models to predict future weather conditions based on past and current data. This application helps users better understand weather patterns, supports planning for travel and agriculture, and serves as a learning tool for weather data analysis. By combining real-time data with machine learning, the system provides smarter and more accurate forecasts compared to traditional weather applications.
KEYWORDS
Weather data analysis plays a vital role in understanding climate behavior, predicting weather conditions, and supporting informed decision-making across various sectors. By leveraging historical and real-time weather data, along with data preprocessing, exploratory analysis, and machine learning techniques, this project successfully identifies trends, seasonal variations, and extreme events. The proposed system improves upon traditional methods by providing higher accuracy, real-time updates, automated data collection, and advanced visualizations, making it more reliable for forecasting and planning purposes. Its predictive insights are particularly useful for agriculture, disaster management, urban planning, and environmental monitoring. Overall, this study demonstrates that data-driven approaches can significantly enhance weather prediction and decision-making, helping communities, researchers, and policymakers better prepare for and respond to changing climate conditions. The system highlights the potential of modern analytics to improve resilience and sustainability in the face of unpredictable weather patterns.
