The blend of Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming traditional farming to a more efficient, sustainable, and data-intensive practice. During this seminar, the use of IoT devices like sensors and actuators to monitor such critical parameters as soil humidity, temperature, moisture, and crop health in real-time is explained. AI algorithms process the data collected to give predictive predictions, optimize irrigation timetables, detect early indications of diseases, and enhance crop yield as a whole. The report focuses on the structure of AI–IoT-based smart farming systems, their key components, and the likely benefits in preventing wastage of resources, increasing productivity, and enabling informed decision-making for farmers. Further, difficulties such as high cost of implementation, low connectivity in rural areas, and security of data are discussed. Through this study, it is demonstrated how AI and IoT combined can facilitate precision agriculture to support intelligent and sustainable farming practices. In all, the research proves the potential of these technologies to reshape agriculture as a more robust, efficient, and green industry while guaranteeing improved resource management and higher crop yields..
