In todayâs digital era, mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness are increasing rapidly. Many people hesitate to seek professional help due to stigma, cost, or lack of access to mental health services. AI-based virtual assistants provide an innovative solution by offering instant emotional support, guidance, and mental wellness resources. This research focuses on developing AI-based virtual assistants for mental health support. The system uses Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning (ML) to understand user emotions and provide suitable responses. These assistants can offer coping strategies, mood tracking, reminders, and basic counseling support in real-time. The study shows that AI virtual assistants can improve accessibility to mental health support, reduce stress levels, and encourage users to seek professional help when necessary. This technology can play an important role in promoting emotional well-being and digital healthcare.
