Software development requires high-quality, secure, and efficient code, but identifying bugs and performance issues can be challenging. This paper presents an AI Code Analyzer for Bug Detection and Code Quality Analysis that combines Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and static code analysis techniques to automatically evaluate source code. The system uses tools such as AST, CodeBERT, and CodeT5 to detect potential bugs, analyze code quality, estimate time complexity, identify security vulnerabilities, and provide optimization suggestions. A user-friendly interface allows developers to submit code and receive detailed feedback. The proposed system generates a comprehensive report containing code quality scores, detected issues, complexity analysis, and security warnings. It helps developers improve code readability, maintainability, and overall software reliability while reducing debugging effort and development time. The system can be effectively used in software development, education, and automated code review processes.
KEYWORDS
The proposed AI Code Analyzer for Bug Detection and Code Quality Analysis provides an intelligent and efficient solution for improving software quality. By combining Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and static code analysis techniques, the system can automatically detect bugs, analyze code quality, estimate time complexity, identify security vulnerabilities, and generate optimization suggestions. The integration of advanced models such as CodeBERT and CodeT5 enables a deeper understanding of source code and improves the accuracy of bug detection compared to traditional analysis tools. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system enhances software reliability, reduces debugging effort, and supports developers in writing secure, maintainable, and efficient code.
