Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become one of the groundbreaking innovations in the healthcare field, specifically, in the field of early disease detection. Early diagnosis is important to minimize mortality rates, cost of treatment and enhance patient outcomes. The paper introduces an AI-based method of early disease detection based on advanced machine learning methods. The system proposed combines supervised learning algorithms, including Support Vector Machines, Randome Forest and Neural Networks, to process medical data and detect patterns of a disease at the initial phase. The research uses structured healthcare records on patient demographics, clinical measurements, and diagnostic records. Preprocessing of data, such as normalization, missing values, and feature selection are used to enhance the performance of the model. The suggested methodology will involve the use of a hybrid approach to learning through a combi-nation of various algorithms and the use of multiple algorithms to maximize prediction accuracy and resilience. Moreover, the system also includes a clinical usability predictive interface in real-time. The results of the experiments prove that the AI-based model beats the traditional diagnostic methods and is much more accurate, precise, and recalls the results. The hybrid model had up to 20 percent improvement of accuracy over baseline approaches. The results indicate the promise of AI in revolutionizing preventive healthcare by making it possible to identify diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and cancer early on. The study is a part of the emerging intelligent healthcare system and offers a scalable model of applying machine learning in clinical practice. In the future, there will be a need to integrate deep learning methods and real-time patient monitoring systems based on IoT to advance the level of diagnostics.
