Artificial Intelligence (AI) is quickly changing digital education by creating smart, adaptable, and learner-focused environments. Traditional e-learning platforms mainly use fixed content delivery methods. They offer the same learning ex-periences to all users, ignoring their unique cognitive abili-ties, prior knowledge, learning speeds, and engagement styles. This one-size-fits-all approach often results in lower learning efficiency, motivation, and knowledge retention. This research introduces an AI-driven personalized e-learning platform that tailors educational content, assessments, and learning paths to fit individual learners. The proposed system combines several AI methods, including supervised machine learning for predicting performance, deep learning models for recognizing behavior patterns, and recommendation systems for delivering adaptive content. It also uses sequential learning models like Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks to capture learning trends over time. Reinforcement learning techniques further improve the learning experience by providing real-time feedback. The platform gathers and examines various data sources, such as user interaction logs, quiz results, learning duration, and engagement metrics, to build detailed learner profiles. With these insights, the system offers personalized recommendations, adaptive quizzes, and tailored study plans that change as learners progress. This ensures that learners get content that matches their strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. Experimental evaluations and simulated deployment results show marked improvements in learner engagement, knowledge retention, and course completion rates compared to traditional systems. The platform is also highly scalable and flexible, making it suitable for use in schools, corpo-rate training, and large online learning platforms. Moreover, the proposed framework promotes ethical AI practices by tackling issues like data privacy, algorithmic bias, and transparency. The system is built to support future upgrades, including connections with new technologies like virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and emotion-aware computing for more immersive and effective learning experiences. Overall, this work showcases how AI-driven personalization can change digital education and lays the groundwork for next-generation intelligent tutoring systems.

The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence has signif-icantly transformed the field of digital education, enabling the development of intelligent, adaptive, and learner-centric systems. This paper presented an AI-driven personalized e-learning platform designed to overcome the limitations of traditional static learning systems by providing customized educational experiences tailored to individual learners. The proposed system integrates machine learning, deep learning, and recommendation techniques to analyze learner behavior, predict performance, and dynamically adapt content and learning pathways. By leveraging data-driven insights, the platform ensures that learners receive relevant study materials, personalized assessments, and real-time feedback, thereby enhancing engagement, motivation, and knowledge retention. The architecture of the system demonstrates a scalable and modular framework capable of handling large volumes of user data while maintaining efficiency and adaptability. The incorporation of sequential models and reinforcement learning further improves the system’s ability to respond to evolving learner needs and optimize learning strategies over time. Experimental and conceptual analysis indicate that such AI- driven systems can significantly improve learning outcomes, reduce dropout rates, and provide a more interactive and effective educational environment. Additionally, the platform supports educators by offering valuable analytics and insights into student performance, enabling informed decision-making and targeted interventions. Despite the challenges associated with computational com-plexity, data privacy, and model interpretability, the proposed system provides a strong foundation for the future of intel-ligent education. With further advancements and integration of emerging technologies such as augmented reality, virtual reality, and emotion-aware computing, AI-driven e-learning platforms have the potential to revolutionize the global ed-ucation ecosystem. In conclusion, the adoption of AI in e-learning not only enhances personalization and efficiency but also paves the way for the development of next-generation smart education systems that are inclusive, scalable, and highly adaptive to the needs of modern learners.
