Starting a business in many regions involves obtaining approvals from various regulatory bodies, often resulting in delays due to manual processes, lack of system integration, and procedural inefficiencies. This paper proposes the development of a Smart Approval System, a web and mobile application designed to automate and streamline the business registration and approval process. The platform integrates with existing government portals such as GST, ROC, and MSME, automating compliance verification and significantly reducing processing time. It leverages blockchain technology to ensure data integrity and secure authentication. Features include step-by-step guided registration, real-time progress tracking, and in-app payment processing. A cloud-based backend developed using Python supports robust data management, while a user-centric UI/UX provides guided workflows for entrepreneurs. Role-based authentication is implemented for entrepreneurs, government officials, and consultants. The Smart Approval System introduces an efficient, secure, and scalable approach to modernizing regulatory approval systems.
