The digital transformation of supply chains has become a critical strategic priority for businesses worldwide. Among the various technologies driving this shift, Artificial Intelligence (AI) stands out as a powerful enabler of smarter, more efficient supply chain management. SAP S/4HANA, SAP’s flagship enterprise resource planning (ERP) suite, is at the forefront of leveraging AI to revolutionize supply chain operations. This article explores how SAP S/4HANA integrates AI to enhance supply chain processes, focusing on demand forecasting, inventory management, predictive maintenance, and procurement.
