A low-cost, real-time air quality monitoring system utilizing embedded systems, the Internet of Things, and machine learning is presented in this paper. Pollution data (CO, CH₄, etc.) is gathered by the hardware and uploaded to the cloud. The Air Quality Index (AQI) can be predicted with more than 93% accuracy using a Random Forest model. By offering proactive, conversational health alerts and guidance, an integrated AI chatbot turns monitoring into a clever public awareness tool.
