Talent management has become a strategic priority for organizations seeking to attract, develop, engage, and retain skilled employees in an increasingly competitive business environment. This study analyses talent management strategies adopted by TCS iON by examining talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, leadership development, career growth, employee engagement, and retention practices. A descriptive research design was adopted using both primary and secondary data collected from 100 employees through a structured questionnaire. For analytical purposes, One-Way ANOVA was applied to examine differences in employee perceptions of talent management practices across different experience groups. The findings indicate that effective talent management strategies significantly enhance employee development, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, productivity, and long-term organizational performance.
