KEYWORDS
The study concludes that financial stability is a major determinant of sustainable growth and long-term success in India’s healthcare industry. Financially strong healthcare organisations are better positioned to invest in advanced infrastructure, adopt modern technologies, recruit qualified professionals, and provide quality patient care. The findings indicate that effective financial planning, prudent resource utilisation, transparent governance, efficient budgeting, and continuous investment can improve organisational performance and operational efficiency. Government support, private investment, health insurance expansion, and digital healthcare initiatives further strengthen the financial position of healthcare institutions. The study also establishes that a financially stable healthcare sector contributes to India’s economic growth by improving public health, generating employment, encouraging innovation, attracting domestic and foreign investment, and strengthening human capital. Healthcare organisations with sound financial governance and modern digital systems can improve stakeholder confidence and institutional resilience. Overall, maintaining financial stability is essential for improving healthcare accessibility, strengthening organisational performance, promoting sustainable healthcare development, and supporting inclusive economic growth in India.
