In order to make money, service providers must efficiently and quickly handle all consumer demands while keeping costs at a manageable level. However, managing resources to meet demand is difficult due to the complex load characteristics that depend on numerous variables and lead to significant variations in load (the total amount of data processed in the cloud) and service requirements (such as multimedia processing and database management methods).
