Abstract

In today’s highly competitive business environment, organizations must continuously strengthen their internal capabilities to achieve sustainable growth. Human resource capabilities play a crucial role in improving organizational performance, especially in the telecom infrastructure and technology services industry. This study examines the impact of human resource capabilities on market progression at GSUS Star Technologie Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. The study is based on primary data collected from 100 employees using a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, Chi-square test, correlation, and regression analysis were applied. The findings reveal that human resource capabilities have a significant positive influence on market progression. Among all factors, employee skill development shows the strongest impact. The study concludes that strengthening HR practices can enhance organizational performance and competitive advantage.
