Cloud computing has transformed the way organizations deploy, manage, and scale applications, with Amazon Web Services (AWS) emerging as a leading cloud platform. Despite its advantages, managing cloud resources manually often results in deployment delays, configuration inconsistencies, inefficient resource utilization, and increased operational complexity. These challenges highlight the need for automated solutions that can simplify cloud infrastructure management while ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This paper presents an intelligent AWS-based cloud management system designed to automate instance deployment, real-time monitoring, and resource optimization. The proposed system combines command-line automation with a user-friendly web dashboard, providing centralized control over cloud resources. AWS services are integrated through the Boto3 SDK, enabling seamless interaction with cloud infrastructure. The system continuously collects and analyzes performance metrics, including CPU utilization, memory consumption, and network activity, allowing administrators to monitor resource health and identify potential issues proactively.
KEYWORDS
The proposed system enhances AWS instance management by integrating automated deployment, real-time monitoring, dashboard-based visualization, and resource optimization into a unified platform. By reducing manual intervention, the system minimizes configuration errors, improves deployment consistency, and enables efficient utilization of cloud resources. The monitoring module provides continuous visibility into system performance through metrics such as CPU utilization, memory consumption, storage usage, and network activity. Additionally, the alert mechanism helps administrators identify and respond to potential issues before they impact service availability. The implementation demonstrates how automation can simplify cloud infrastructure management while improving reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. Through centralized monitoring and intelligent resource allocation, the system reduces administrative overhead and supports cost-effective cloud operations. The web-based dashboard further enhances usability by providing a clear and interactive interface for managing AWS resources. Future enhancements may include the integration of machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and intelligent resource management. Predictive models could analyze historical usage patterns to forecast resource requirements and automatically adjust infrastructure based on anticipated workloads. Additional features such as automated fault detection, self-healing mechanisms, multi-cloud support, advanced security monitoring, and AI-driven optimization can further improve system performance and resilience. These enhancements would make the platform more adaptive, efficient, and suitable for large-scale cloud environments.
