Abstract

The rapid expansion in rapid expansion in digital marketplaces leads to a large increase in consumer feedback information in general and in particular in consumer feedback in terms of product reviews. The project revolves around analyzing consumer feedback in reviews obtained from Amazon, which is considered one of the most popular online purchase platforms. The main aim here is to develop an automated, dependable system, which can recognize the emotional tone in review text as positive, negative, or neutral. The system will leverage methods from text analytics in combination with several learning-based algorithms to analyze the review content in a structured and meaningful way. This will, in turn, allow a more complete understanding of customer sentiment that has value both for an end user and organizations It gives buyers a concise summary of what the public thinks about a product so that they can make more confident and better-informed purchasing decisions. From the business perspective, the analysis provides a more valid understanding of customer satisfaction and product quality performance, together with areas needing improvement. These insights can support better decision-making in product development, customer service, and marketing strategies. The proposed solution evaluates multiple machine learning models to determine their effectiveness in processing textual review data and accurately identifying sentiment. Through this evaluation, the project assesses the practicality and performance of different models in classifying customer opinions across various products.

Full Article/Conclusion

The development of the "Amazon Product Sentiment Intelligence System" validates the transformative potential of Natural Language Processing (NLP) in decoding the complex landscape of consumer discourse. By transitioning from anecdotal observation to Empirical Linguistic Modeling the project provides a scalable solution to the "Information Overload" inherent in modern e-commerce.   Methodological Success and Technical Validation The core achievement of this research lies in the successful orchestration of an end-to-end analytical pipeline. The transition from raw noisy ingestion to refined high-fidelity sentiment labels demonstrates that Systematic Preprocessing is the bedrock of accuracy; without the rigorous normalization of text deep learning subtle emotional nuances. Hybrid Modeling provides the necessary versatility to handle diverse product categories ensuring the system remains robust across varying linguistic styles and consumer demographics Stakeholder Value and Market Utility.   The platform serves as a Bimodal Intelligence Hub providing distinct value across the market spectrum For the Enterprise Tier: The system shifts product development from a "Guess-and- Check" approach to a Data-Driven Strategy. It identifies specific friction points and delight factors allowing organizations to protect their brand equity through proactive responsiveness.
