Abstract

Heath Book is an Android health book app designed to store all health-related information in one place. It helps users maintain personal details, medical history, allergies, and vaccination records safely. The app also allows saving prescriptions, medical reports, and lab test results for easy future reference. It supports tracking doctor visits and ongoing medicines, making health management simple and organized. Overall, Heath Book provides quick access to important health records anytime, especially during emergencies or hospital visits.
