This master's thesis delves into the critical intersection of cybersecurity threats and the adoption of fintech solutions. In an erawhere financial technology is rapidly transforming the landscape offinancial services, understanding the implications of cybersecurity

threats is paramount. The study conducts a comprehensive analysisto explore how cybersecurity vulnerabilities impact the adoption of fintech solutions across various sectors.

By employing a multidisciplinary approach, the thesis investigates the

intricate relationship between cybersecurity threats and fintech adoption. It examines the potential risks posed by cyber threats such as data breaches, ransomware attacks, and insider threats, and theirramifications on consumer trust, regulatory compliance, and financialstability. Moreover, the research evaluates the effectiveness of

existing cybersecurity measures in mitigating these risks and proposes strategic recommendations to enhance cybersecurity frameworks within fintech ecosystems.

Through empirical research and theoretical frameworks, this thesis contributes to the existing body of knowledge by offering insights intothe evolving dynamics of cybersecurity in the fintech domain. By identifying key challenges and opportunities, it provides valuable
