The traditional pacemaker devices lack security measures. To enhance security between devices & the controller that addresses the unauthorized action, it can be done by integrating a multi-layered authentication system, which contains additional security layers to protect the sensitive data. The pacemaker system is designed to maintain the heartbeat of the patient and track pulse rate, temperature & blood pressure. The data collected from the patient is processed and transmitted to the application for data analysis. The system verifies the authorized check, if it fails then the alert message will be forwarded to the doctor and the admin by notifying that unauthorized access attempt. Only the authorized person like the doctor and the admin can interact with the application. This multi-layered security helps to reduce the risk of malicious occurrence which can lead to pacemaker malfunctioning. This project deals with the importance of prioritizing both patients safety and the data integrity
