Autonomous Vehicles: Future and it’s Uses

Autonomous vehicle is an emerging field as increasingly modern society desires an easy to use, intuitive and comfortable mode of transport. Advancement in the technology driving autonomous vehicles has been garnering lot of attention owing to full-fledged research and development undertaken by various players across the car manufacturing industry. Considerable progress has been achieved on this front, however, there is still room for more improvement and fine-tuning of the technology driving an autonomous vehicle. While the benefits to introducing an autonomous vehicle are numerous, we also must consider the flip side of it such as challenges that might arise in the instance that the system malfunctions. The aim is to address most of the challenges through the development of a comprehensive technology system that caters to all the safety standards and requirements of an efficient autonomous car. However, along with addressing the technical challenges of developing a fully autonomous car, we must also work upon the development of appropriate policies, legal framework as well as testing standards for autonomous cars.
