This design philosophy incorporates principles such as the use of natural light to enhance circadian rhythms, the incorporation of organic shapes and textures that evoke a sense of comfort, and the strategic placement of greenery to improve air quality and overall mood. By blending natural and built environments, biophilic design encourages a deep emotional connection with the surroundings, which can significantly impact creativity, focus, and overall well-being.

The incorporation of water elements like indoor fountains, the use of natural wood or stone materials, and the creation of views that connect people to outdoor landscapes are common strategies Used to encourage a feeling of calm and clear thinking.
