Abstract— : The floral and decor industry is evolving with the rise of digital commerce, making accessibility and convenience key factors for success. Bloom IT is a comprehensive e-commerce platform designed to enhance the customer experience by offering high-quality floral and decor products with an intuitive interface, streamlined transactions, and informative product details. This research paper outlines the development and impact of Bloom IT, addressing the industry's challenges such as inefficient online engagement, complex checkout processes, and a lack of consumer education on product care.
