The basic purpose of this paper is to develop and validate a brawny method of skill development with employee engagement which will make any organization resilient in terms of delivering their deliverables in much more effective manner in scarce of time. This model basically speaks about developing a common skill out of majority stations of working and then training and assessing them with SQPDCME parameters. This model is been tested to one of the assembly line and the results have been validated with substantially good performance through qualitative and quantitative methods.
