Cash management is a fundamental financial function that ensures liquidity, operational efficiency, and financial stability in retail organizations. This study examines the cash management methods adopted by Spencer's Retail stores in Hyderabad. A descriptive research design was employed using both primary and secondary data collected from 100 employees through a structured questionnaire. The original project utilized Percentage Analysis, Frequency Analysis, and Tabular Analysis for data interpretation. The findings indicate that effective cash collection procedures, daily cash monitoring, digital payment systems, reconciliation practices, and internal control mechanisms contribute significantly to efficient cash management, improved financial control, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
