Abstract - Construction management plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective project delivery. However, the construction industry faces numerous challenges that can impact project outcomes, including skilled labor shortages, material shortages, project delays, cost overruns, safety concerns, and communication problems. This research paper explores the challenges facing construction management and suggests strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and project success. The paper reviews existing literature on the topic and highlights the significance of implementing strategies such as improving communication, using project management software, and using prefabrication and modular construction. By implementing these strategies, construction managers can address challenges such as labor and material shortages, project delays, and cost overruns, ultimately leading to improved project outcomes.
