This study intends to investigate college students’ consumer perceptions of the banking services offered by two well-known Indian financial institutions, Axis Bank and Indian Bank. One significant consumer group whose preferences have a big impact on the future of banking services is college students, a demographic that is growing in the banking industry. In the age of digital banking, where online transactions, internet banking, and mobile apps are commonplace, it is crucial to comprehend how students view the banking services provided by both public and private sector banks. The findings reveal that students generally favor Axis Bank for its innovative mobile banking platform, quick service delivery, and better customer support. In particular, the study focusses on assessing important elements like customer service, digital services, accessibility, ease of use, and general satisfaction with the banking services offered by Indian Bank and Axis Bank.
