Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming recruitment by automating time-consuming processes and enhancing candidate experience. This study examines the role of AI-powered chatbots in candidate engagement and pre-screening during the recruitment process. Through a qualitative analysis of existing literature and corporate case studies, the paper explores how chatbots improve response time, standardize applicant screening, and personalize candidate communication. While the benefits are clear in terms of efficiency and scalability, the paper also addresses concerns regarding data privacy, algorithmic bias, and impersonal interactions. The findings provide strategic insights for HR professionals looking to integrate conversational AI into talent acquisition workflows.
