Abstract

The Courier Tracking System is a critical component of modern logistics, enabling efficient parcel management, real-time monitoring, and seamless customer service. This abstract provides an overview of a comprehensive Courier Tracking System designed to streamline the courier industry, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction. The system incorporates various technologies such as GPS, RFID, and online platforms to create a unified, end-to-end tracking solution. Couriers are equipped with GPS-enabled devices to provide real-time location information, ensuring precise parcel tracking. RFID technology is used to assign unique identifiers to parcels, making them easily traceable throughout the supply chain.
